Care instructions
Preserve the beauty of your textile accessory by always unknotting it and storing it flat. Your scarf doesn't need to be cleaned after every wear. Simply air it out in a clean place. Please always follow the care instructions on the sewn-in label on your accessory.
Care instructions for wool and wool/silk
Wool is a natural fiber. It is self-cleaning and should be cleaned as infrequently as possible.
- For optimal and risk-free care of our wool and wool/silk scarves, we recommend professional cleaning.
- Careful lukewarm hand wash or sensitive wool wash cycle in the washing machine at cool temperature is possible
- Wash only with wool detergent
- Dry lying down
- Careful ironing from the left at a maximum of 110°C
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
Care instructions for silk
Protect your silk scarf from rain and aggressive products.
- For optimal care of your silk scarf, we recommend professional cleaning.
- Careful hand washing with cold to lukewarm water and silk shampoo is possible. However, you must be especially careful with your silk scarf when it's wet!
- Rinse your scarf after 5 minutes with water and a teaspoon of vinegar
- Roll it in a dry towel to carefully remove any residual water
- Dry lying down, do not hang up!
- Iron it slightly damp on the lowest setting from the wrong side
- Never wring or spray with water when ironing
- Never bring into contact with deodorant
- Do not expose to the bleaching sun for long periods
- Do not remove stains individually
Care instructions for cotton:
Cotton is easy to care for and can be machine washed using the easy-care program and a low spin speed.
For the ideal care of our cotton scarves, please note the following:
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Wash at 30° with similar colors
- Air dry
- Iron inside out, medium heat
- Alternatively, we recommend professional cleaning
