RETURNS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want our customers to be satisfied with our products and service. Should you still not like a product, we will, of course, handle any concerns regarding returns, refunds, or exchanges with ease.

You don't like one or more items and want to return them?
Send us an email with the following information and return the item within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the package, we will refund you using the same payment method you used to place the order. Return shipping is always at your own expense.

This information must be included in the email:

• name
• Order number
• Return product (item and quantity)
• Reason for return

Alternatively, you can also use our cancellation form , but it is not mandatory.

The item must be in its original, flawless, and unworn condition. Please ensure all hangtags and labels are properly attached, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

You don't like an item and want to exchange it?
No problem! Just send us an email with the item you'd like us to reserve for you. Once we receive your original order, we'll send you the new item at our expense.
